If you thought that the Torquemada was already insane. Think again. As Italia is ready to introduce you to the crazier, bats*** insane 2010 Italia Torquemada ZV. Everything was boosted to the max with this version. More horses? Produces over 661 HP. Lighter weight? Lost 220 pounds in its diet. Even more scarcity? Only 186 of these bad boys were ever made. Italia had put these factors all in one to make the ultimate evolution of the Torquemada. Too bad you're going to have to drive this thing in the bumpy desert instead of the beautiful coastal roads in the advertisements.

- The body kit and the ZV nameplate are based on the Lamborghini Murcielago SV. It is unknown what "ZV" really stands for.
- The "Sponsored-Out" livery is based off the real-life Lamborghini Murcielago R-SV
- The "Marathon Energy Libtard" livery is based off the Monster Energy vinyl on Daigo Saito's drift Lamborghini Murcielago.
- The "Itasha" livery features characters that resemble Astolfo, Frankenstein's Monster, Jack the Ripper, and Jeane d'Arc from Fate/Grand Order, another Sony-owned property.
- The "Crimson Fury" livery is named after the car of the same name in the Twisted Metal series.
